Security & trust

Controls you can check, not adjectives.

What a compliance officer or IT reviewer can check in the product: where data lives, who can see it, what gets reviewed and what is recorded.

You decide what runs on its own

Nothing switches on by itself. Every capability is approved, customer messages wait for a person unless an admin decides otherwise, and every action is recorded.

Below: what that looks like in the product.

Controls you can verify.

Ask for any of them on a demo and we’ll show it on a workspace, not a slide.

Your data, in your workspace

Contact and customer data lives in your own workspace. It isn’t shared across customers and it isn’t sold. Documents arrive through secure, time-limited upload links instead of email attachments.

AI under approval

No AI capability joins a workspace without an admin’s approval. AI-drafted customer messages are reviewed by a person before they’re sent unless an admin allows otherwise, and every message is logged on the record.

Audit log

A durable, attributable record of admin and compliance actions — access changes, hires, policy updates, connector changes — retained for review.

SMS registration

SMS numbers go through A2P registration, and outbound texting stays blocked until the registration is approved.

Documents

Files arrive through a link, not an inbox.

Documents come in through secure, time-limited upload links instead of email attachments, and each one is tracked on the file it belongs to.

One link per request, sent by SMS or email

Links expire, so old messages don’t stay open doors

Uploads land on the customer’s record, tracked per file

Access and rules

Set once, applied to everyone.

Your workspace sets who can see what and how outreach behaves. The same rules apply to your team and to AI.

Access by role and scope — roles with a scope — the workspace, a branch or a person’s own files — and pairs of roles that can’t be held by one person on the same file.

Consent and contact rules — consent, opt-outs, contact windows and disclosure texts are workspace settings rather than habits.

Connector tokens — tokens for connected systems rotate, and each delivery is logged.
