These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Muvix platform operated by Muvix Inc. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Muvix platform is provided for legitimate mortgage operations purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization to create a tenant account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your tenant.
Each tenant is a separate organizational account with isolated data and user management.
Tenant admins are responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within their tenant.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Billing is monthly and covers CRM seats, communication-enabled users, and AI agent subscriptions.
All charges are itemized on the tenant invoice.
Seats are billed based on active users. AI agent subscriptions begin on the hire date and continue until canceled.
No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.
AI agents in Muvix operate within defined capability scopes approved by your tenant admin.
AI-generated content — including messages, summaries, and recommendations — requires human review before delivery to borrowers unless you have specifically disabled approval requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated actions before they are delivered.
Muvix is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI actions you approve and deliver without adequate review.
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications, engage in deceptive practices, or violate applicable fair lending, consumer protection, or communications laws.
You may not attempt to access data outside your tenant, reverse engineer the platform, or conduct security testing without prior written authorization.
You may not use AI agent capabilities for purposes outside their defined scope or in violation of applicable law.
You retain ownership of borrower data and other content you input into the platform.
By using the platform, you grant Muvix a limited license to process that data to provide the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muvix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
You and Muvix waive any right to a jury trial.
