Account information: name, email address, company name, and role provided during registration.
Usage data: platform interactions, feature usage, and session activity collected automatically.
Borrower data: information entered into the platform by your team about borrowers and loan files. This is processed on your behalf as a data processor.
Communication metadata: delivery status, timestamps, and channel identifiers for messages sent through the platform.
Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, and operating system collected automatically for security and fraud prevention purposes.
To provide, operate, and improve the Muvix platform.
To authenticate users and enforce tenant-scoped access controls.
To generate audit logs, activity records, and before/after state snapshots.
To send platform notifications, billing communications, and support responses.
To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and security incidents.
To fulfill our contractual and legal obligations to you and your organization.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share borrower data across tenant boundaries.
We may share data with third-party service providers who process data on our behalf — including cloud storage, infrastructure, and analytics providers — under contractual data protection terms.
We may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Muvix, its users, or the public.
We may share data with your organization’s authorized administrators in connection with tenant administration.
We retain account information for as long as your tenant subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and billing purposes.
Audit logs and before/after records are retained in accordance with your plan and any applicable legal retention requirements.
Borrower data is retained as configured in your tenant settings. You may request deletion in accordance with your Data Processing Agreement.
Communication records are retained per your plan and applicable legal requirements.
We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.
Tenant data is stored in isolated logical and physical environments.
Document uploads use presigned, time-limited URLs to prevent unauthorized access.
We conduct internal security reviews and maintain an incident response process.
We notify affected tenants of material security incidents in a timely manner.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@muvix.ai
Borrower data subject requests should be directed to your organization’s data controller (typically your Muvix tenant admin).
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.
